Summer at South Lodge

You can now dine under sunny skies and balmy nights on our newly crafted, al fresco terrace as the award-winning Camellia restaurant opens its doors and makes the most of the great outdoors.


Overlooking acres of Sussex Downs, the golden stone terrace is complimented by scented flower pots and blooming terrace gardens setting an impressive scene for fine dining with dramatic views.


At the same time, the gorgeous open air Champagne Pavilion will be in full swing so you can enjoy sparkling cocktails or a bottle of something nice with friends.


Award-winning Chef, Lewis Hamblet has worked arduously with the best Sussex suppliers and utilised his kitchen garden to create a very tasty experience whether you are nibbling, snacking, feasting or fine dining.


A sizzling new a la carte menu takes this prime seasonal produce and presents mouthwatering dishes, that highlight the distinct flavours and supreme ingredients gifted by the start of a brand new season.
